		<description>I believe you are using a rotary speed control and is stuck to full forward, since you are still using 4 AAs for the Receiver and servos. 

Can you post some photos of the electronics so I can see if the hook up is correct.
I am confused if you have an Electronic Speed Control (ESC) or a Rotary one (controlled by a servo).
