Fancy yourself as a model flyer or as a model race car demon? Radio control hobbies are amongst the most addictive probably because of the adrenalin rush you get! The sheer buzz of landing that warbird safely or taking that corner at speed in your drift car is one you cannot help but want more of.
Radio control hobbies are varied from beautiful yachts gracefully sailed on lakes to gliders silently riding the air currents and on to screaming drift cars and even huge model jet airliners. The common trait being they are all controlled remotely from a handheld radio transmitter.
Radio control models have been around since the 1950’s and getting better all the time with advances in circuit technology and battery technology allowing more and more dependability and control. As transistor technology has miniaturized and chips have become cheaper more has been achievable at lower power requirements. Modern RC models use 2.4 gigahertz transmission systems making them less susceptible to interference from other radio sources.
Before you leap into a purchase however there are a few things to think about and clearly these vary with the particular flavor of RC you are smitten with.
The idea of getting airborne fast is an attractive one but without the right preparation and training it could well prove to be a short and expensive flight. It really is best to learn to fly with someone else, better still with an instructor who can start you off with a simulator before moving on to a buddy box system which is really a dual control system, one for you the student and one for the instructor to get you out of trouble.
Likewise with a radio controlled car – where are you going to use it without risking an expensive crash? There is absolutely no point in purchasing a screamer of a drift car without a deserted car park or basketball court to use it on. A monster truck on the other hand would be boring to use on such a surface, you need some rough ground for that baby.
Then you need to think whether electric or gas powered models are going to be right for you. They both have their pros and cons. Bear in mind gas powered models tend to be powerful and noisy but do require constant tuning. This is not as onerous as it sounds, just something to get used to. Electric models are quiet and lighter but batteries can be expensive, even allowing for the re-use you get with rechargeables.
The ability to get spares for your model should also be a factor in your decision making, no matter how careful you are you will have accidents and you will need spares!
Talk to other hobbyists before you make your choice and talk to your local hobby shop. The guys there are always looking to talk about their hobby because they’re fanatics themselves and they want to promote their hobby by bringing new recruits into the fold, the marvelous world of radio control.

sos my gramma is bad
We recommend 20% nitro content, but you can use up to 30%. With 30% the engine runs leaner and you would need to richen the settings to prevent overheating

WOOOOOOO slow down man!!!Have you ever flown a R/C plane? You will never be able to fly a helecopter trust me.I fly the planes and they are extremely hard to learn at 1st.You could probably get a used one off ebay for that money, but i garunty even your local hobby shop guy will guide you away from flying a helecopter, you can also see if your hobby shop has a flight simulater, most do and try flying one one there. But if you've made your mind up and are going to get one i would suggest ebay or ..http://rcuniverse.com or http://rcjunkyards.com they have forums there to ask questions on ,also used rc items for sale.Good luck, and happy flying=)
the bigger the mhz number the longer the battery lasts and the more power you will get
I'm assuming you've read the beginner's sites and know some of the common definitions.
You're talking about transmitter functions.
CCPM = Collective, Cycle, Pitch Mixing. So you have three servos being electronically mixed to do these three jobs together instead of just having one servo for each.
PIT = Pitch throttle mixing (or displacement really)
PLT = Pitch range adjustment
as long as you get the ipod adapter, you can control the ipod on the deck. i have the same setup.
KS-PD100
Don't expect to find a setup for under $2500. Go to http://www.helifreak.com and look under the the aerial photography section to get some ideas.
What’s the top speed of the razor?
how fast will a battallion go. thx’.
your probably getting signals crossed with something in your home…could be as simple as a home phone with the same hertz
they can hit 35-40mph, maybe more with tuning
Here are two such sites. One with ATC phraseology and a second to listen to actual live transmissions between pilots and controllers all over the world.

from what i understand your phone is already able to connect through bluetooth to your pc, but the remote control doesn't work
in order for the remote control to work, your computer must have enabled the "Human interface device" service for bluetooth, i'm guessing this is the problem
look for "Human interface device" in your Device Manager (if you're using windows) and in your bluetooth configuration. this is all you need to have on your computer for the remote control to work.
you need to enable this Human Interface Device, you can look for ways to enable it by checking your Bluetooth configuration or you can try reinstalling your Bluetooth on your computer and see if it asks you about this
what type of gas does these take?
It’s decent, but I’m sure you can find better on our site at nitrorcx . com
